Reproduction steps

Pull the quest "Like Fine Wine" from Dante Karall .quests add K12E
Travel to TOTW and loot a Red Berry Wine .item 275083 275083 1
Return to Dante and select the option for "Found your wine" then hand over the item
Note that Dante accepts the wine, gives you 25k creds and 300 xp then offers a repeat option for the quest so you can do it again
Repeat steps 1 thru 3
Note that Dante accepts the wine and gives the option to do it again but an error is displayed in the chat following turning in the item stating the quest has already been done before

(17:29) Mission Complete.
(17:29) You have already received a reward for this task.
(17:29) You got a new mission.

Expected results

To be able to repeat this quest over and over for the reward.

Actual results

The quest lets you turn it in but states the quest has been done before, despite letting you pick up the quest again.
