Describe the bug
The Make Leader function of teams does work, however if you (or the player you want to make leader) zones, it no longer works, even if you're in the same zone afterwords. For example, if you form a team outside ToTW, then enter ToTW, you cannot make the other team member team leader after that point. You have to reform the team to make someone else leader.
Confirmed this is still ongoing as described. I was able to swap leadership back and forth in the zone the team was first formed in.
After zoning, the option was still available to make the other party member the leader, but nothing happened when clicking it.
Confirmed that this issue is still present as of 16/08/2024.
