Describe the bug
The values shown for nano skills differ significantly from those shown by the .get command, and nanos that should be castable fail to cast due to insufficient skill. Issue persists after zoning and logout. The .getfull command disagrees with both the IP menu and the .get command.
For example, BioMet:
IP menu: 1779
.getfull: 1454
.get: 940
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
Nanos for which the IP menu shows sufficient skill should be castable.

Character info:
This also appears to be happening with health and nano (currentnano). Values may be full according to .getfull, but mousing over the bars in the UI (and the Stats menu) show different (higher) maximum values and bars are only partially full.
I've seen this occur with NCU as well. I think we're double-counting gear under some circumstances, probably related to our instancing.
I believe this issue has long-since been fixed.
I haven't seen this issue reoccuring anytime in the last few months.
Cautiously closing for now.
