Describe the bug
The /terminate command is currently not implemented. When typing /terminate, the client accepts the command and gives you the prompt, however clicking 'yes' generates a 'Unknown command' error.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have a character
  2. Type /terminate

Expected behavior
/terminate should begin a 1min timer, which, will set the characters health to 0 once it expires.

Confirmed. I made multiple attempts to /terminate, waiting at least 3 minutes each time and zoning in between. I have not died.

Also the live servers produce a message when the termination counter begins, which isn't happening here.
