Describe the bug
When zoning, the pvp flag buff on your character is refreshed despite not engaging in any activities that should trigger refresh.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to ICC
  2. Attack a guard
  3. See pvp flag buff on your character's NCU
  4. Wait 2 minutes
  5. Zone to different area (like for example newland or omni ent)
  6. See pvp flag buff extended to 15 minutes in your character's NCU again.

Expected behavior
That the pvp flag buff timer continues as normal unless pvp engaging activities is done

Confirmed.

The PVP Enabled buff refreshes to the full 15 minute duration on zoning. It should persist across zones, but the duration should not reset.

PVP Enabled buff no longer resets or extends its duration when zoning. The buff persists across zones without restarting the 15-minute duration.
