Describe the bug
Nanos with a self-damage portion can be passively resisted, they do not take Nano Resist/NanoAC into consideration, but the base resist chance can result in a 'Target Resisted.' message output to the chat log.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Cast .ncu run 100254
  2. Watch for a resist.

Expected behavior
Self-damage portions shouldn't be able to be resisted

I boosted NanoResist to over 10,000 and ran the listed nano 10 times with no resists. This appears to be fixed.
