Inner Sanctum - Bosses does not spawn fanatics or idols #729

Describe the bug
Iskop the Idolator - Should summon Fanatics and two Pandemonium Idol pets.
Jeuru the Defiler - Should summon Fanatics.
Dominus mobs in 3. floor - Should summon Fanatics.
Hezak the Immortal - Should summon Fanatics.

Other things to mention:

  • Special attacks like the skeleton morph from Jeuru and AoE nukes etc is not implemented.
  • Heal delta is missing / to low on all mobs.
  • You can start chat with mobs

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to IS
  2. Make one of the mobs in the list over aggro
  3. Verify no summons.

Confirmed. Jeuru and Iskop seem to cast Unhallowed blessing every few seconds, nothing else. No adds are spawned. Hezak also has no add spawns.

@Raggy can you confirm the spawns here are working?

Regarding special attacks logic, if they're not working we can rename this ticket or open a new one.
