Reproduction steps

1. Get the quest 'Test of Strength' (NMD6) from Drake 
2. Complete the three steps.
3. The completion quest 'Test of Strength - Completed' (N0J6) is not displayed in the mission log.

Expected results

The mission should show in the mission window, with a relevant description to instruct the player to return to Drake.

Actual results

It remains hidden, except for when viewed via `.quests`

Bug prevalence

Every time.
