Reproduction steps

1.  Create a Shade(you will already have 2x Tiny Dirk)
2.  Talk to Brandon Thorn
3.  Open your inventory to see Whetstone Effect and 2x Tiny Dirk there

Expected results

Usually he just dings you and lets you start wuesting

Actual results

I dinged, but also got 2x Tiny Dirk and one Whetstone Effect nano.

I think this is probably intended behaviour now that everyone starts in ICC Shuttleport, so even keepers and shades get their startup gear from brandon
