Describe the bug
Multiple quests with the same name "Find Ergo" are triggered, leading to receiving multiple quest completion rewards when targeting Ergo.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Speak to Scientist Donna Red (`.tp 986.8 1760.4 y 32.7 4310`) or Scientist Veronica Escobar (`.tp 746.9 1878.1 y 31.2 4310`).

2. Ask either scientist about Ergo, which triggers the quest:
Quest (2KGX): "Find The One Who Walks In Circles", but it appears as "Find Ergo" in the Mission Window.

3. Target 'The One Who Walks In Circles' (`.tp 1286.1 649.8 y 51.2 4312`), which updates the quest to:
Quest (XFDH): "Find Ergo" (Quest ID: 344).

4. Upon talking to 'The One Who Walks In Circles,' `[9064]` a second quest with the same name, "Find Ergo," is received, resulting in two identical quests with different IDs:

Quest (XFDH): "Find Ergo"

Quest (TGM4): "Find Ergo"

Expected behavior

There should be a single quest titled "Find Ergo" with no duplication of quest rewards.

Actual results

Multiple quests with the same name "Find Ergo" are triggered, leading to receiving multiple quest completion rewards when targeting Ergo.

Frequency

This bug occurs every time the "Find Ergo" quest is triggered.

Additional Information

The mission titles and IDs are inconsistent between the Mission Window and the actual quest log, leading to confusion and unintended duplicate rewards.
