Find Dr. Rosenblatt does not show in mission window #911

After completing the (QXAZ) and (4GG5) quests, the quest giver assigns two identical missions:


(DIVY) "Find Dr. Rosenblatt"
(DI1K) "Find Dr. Rosenblatt"

These are the same mission, but it appears twice. Also, they only show up in the ".quests" list and not in the mission window.

To Reproduce

  1. .quests add DIVY
  2. .quests add DI1K
  3. check the mission window
  4. .quests list

Expected behavior

Only one instance of the "Find Dr. Rosenblatt" mission should be given, and it should appear both in the mission window and the ".quests" list.

Actual results

Two identical "Find Dr. Rosenblatt" missions are given, and they are only visible in the ".quests" list, not in the mission window.

Duplicate mission is fixed, Quest is still invisible in mission window.
