Reproduction steps

1. Be Fixer
2. Collect Mariners book
3. Talk to Professor Dedlock
4. Right away, give him the book without talking anything else
5. Get rewarded with First Spec and Basic Cyberdeck

Expected results

For Fixer should only get First Spec

Actual results

You get Nanotech only Cyberdeck

Professor Dedlock correctly grants all specializations to the character, but incorrectly includes Cyberdecks as part of the rewards, regardless of the profession completing the quest.

Steps to Reproduce

.tp 182.1 175.7 y 6.7 4575
.item 226262 226262 1
Talk to Professor Dedlock
Select [4374] I have something to give you
Hand ~'The Mariner's Father'~ any completed Spec book to Dedlock
Receive 'Cyberdeck' and 'Specialization Item - First Spec/Second Spec/etc'

Example for Spec 1

While this correctly sets the specialization flag 182 to 1, it incorrectly adds item 229611
to the character's inventory, which is unnecessary since the flag is properly set upon completing the quest.

Same behavior on the 3 remaining Spec quests.
