Reproduction steps

  1. Kill Zodiac .tp 189.5 84.4 y 25.4 4328 or any portal mob
  2. Observe the lack of portal
  3. Create a bug report and then get SLWONTFIX-ed so hard that you cry

Expected results

Killing the mobs should spawn portals that allow for travel through Pande

Actual results

Nothing

On executing the Pandemonium 5 Nano into your own NCU and dying, you spawn the Energy Vortex (that should spawn as a usable item on the ground) into your own inventory.

Was a little quick on that one.

Happy to report that this is now working as expected, but only for the first mob to enter the pande raid PF. Other Pande Portal mobs do not spawn any portals currently.

Since this is shadowlands AND endgame it's not really something that needs fixing straight away. so I'm putting this as a priority 3, but I think it's scripted encounters more than npc behavior? correct me if I'm wrong.
