Reproduction steps

1. Just go to ICC Shuttleport and check up on ICC Bio-Inspector

Expected results

He used to have shoulderpads.

Actual results

His shoulderpads show as pink untextured meshes.

Bug prevalence

Every time.

Pink/missing texture appears to be caused by shoulderpads function not executed correctly (was fixed before).
