Reproduction steps

1. Use Taint Wounds on a target
2. Nothing happens and the perk goes on cooldown

Expected results

I expected to apply a DoT on my target

Actual results

Nothing happened and the perk went on cooldown

Confirmed 👍 Currently Perk Action 'Taint Wounds' does not cast the DoT effect onto the selected target.

Reproduction:

  1. Trader / Doctor / Engineer on Level 20 with 1 point in Alchemist perkline
  2. Execute Tainted Wounds
  3. .ncu on target
  4. no DoT

I guess it's working but it's not showing up in the Nano Target NCU window.
Since it's a DoT, it should show up in there.
