Describe the bug
Most noticable in Subway - Moving through doors into adjacent cells results in a few pecularities. Other players will appear to 'Phase' in the same way they do when logging in or zoning. Player movement packets get scrambled and result in them spinning on the spot, running into walls or being locked into certain movements. Player team info updates seem to stop working until forced via Target + Info key (T).
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Expected behavior
The above situations shouldn't be happening. Players should remain correctly synced with other nearby players and the relevant information sent to the client.
