@Tricked Could you attempt to record the situation. Recording allows us to see exactly what you are doing. If you do it through shift + windows key + S, it records when you window swap too.
Did you try sitting and standing back up? This seems to fix nano execution alot of the time :)

Players can check other players buffs by going to the control centre and target's "See targets nano" and unchecking hostile only. This would give confirmation whether it is a buff or a visual bug.
Does it feel like a delay? And when the bug does occur, is it generally around the same time as others?
Sometimes you need to try 2 or 3 times to exit areas. This happens on live too. Did you only try once or try a few times times and then write the bug report?
I have just had a look on PRK and it seems that nasc keys have not been added to the garden's nano shop. On live, nasc has the garden key in the nano shop. I'll write a bug report in regards to this.
