Closing as duplicate of #1473, but I was able to remove item being in backpack as a needed reproduction step.
It turns out having one of the items in a backpack is not a necessary step. Tradeskilling allows player to have multiple unique items in their equipment.
This is #1473 only perhaps no backpack is needed. Follow up test later.
