This was much improved with server setting change and with change to character mission information during playtest 2. Reducing priority.

Players are unable to see each other in indoor playfields if they separate by 4+ cells then rejoin.

In this example both players were visible to each other in Grand Dome in Borealis Subway. Player A ran ahead to Shopping Dead-End then waited for Player B to join in Shopping Dead-End.
