This is true when Tri Plumbo resists the stun, but not true for all mobs. EG Cultists and Uncle Pumpkinhead when they resist (Target resisted.) do not get the visual effect.
This is now fixed - tested with Brawl doing martial arts and with Burst using assault rifles.
