+dmg increases each tick of DoT damage by the active amount of +dmg

Fix for this has been pushed and is ready for retesting. +dmg should now be spread across all ticks of a DoT.

Mobs are dropping much lower QL items than they should

Unable to replicate. This may have gotten caught up in another recent fix, please retest to confirm it remains an issue.
