Jobe Backyard missions timing out and failing as soon as you complete the objectives when it should change to "return to Scientist Drake Rodriguez".
This issue is still happening, another weird quirk is that when the initial "Test of Strength - Incomplet..." quest times out, it spawns the same incomplete/failed quest again.
