mission completed. with the new analyzer i was able to finish the quest without issue. still confused how the analyzer was deleted the first time?

i returned to donna red and she actually gave me a new analyzer...gonna run through the steps and see if i bug out again and the analyzer gets deleted.

i have relogged a few times as well as zoned. the analyzer is gone. :(
