Since this is a part of the starter quest to introduce the player to various playfields and the story between parts of these cities it's something that most will encounter in their start-journey.
Same is happening for
(6HC2) Deliver the report to CoT(E8AJ) Deliver item to Genghis Pan(DH7A) Deliver supplies to Sam Chin(C0O6) Deliver Frozen Leet Yummies to Inventor Bobic(Q6OD) Deliver analysis of SubstanceAll of these should grant 300xp and 300 credits for a level 6.
same happens in the follow-up quest
