Reproduction steps
Expected results
The mob should have attacked me and the server should not have lagged.
Actual results
This was at 04:30 GMT, I was in CAV at the 130 Dyna (Spider Boss, Pos: 846.2, 2390.1, 41.0)
When I attacked the Dyna (pulled using Taunt) and started fighting I noticed it wasn't trying to hit me at all. As soon as the fight started the whole server began to lag quite badly (various people commented on Global).
As soon as the Dyna died (and I mean, to the exact second) the server recovered instantly. Pretty sure the bugged Dyna was causing the lagging some how.
Bug prevalence
Only once. Will see if it repeats if I get another bugged "non-attacking" Dyna.

I killed a few more respawns on the same spot, none of them had the "no attack" bug and no lag happened during the fights.
Ive had a little look when the population was sat at 129, no one mentioned lag in global and everything seemed smooth. Perhaps coincidental timing?
