Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

This doesn't seem to do anything when casted on back yard mobs
Single-target crat fears seem to work fine, though
Fear appears to be broken again. Tested using both Enforcer's Fear line and MA fears.
Confirmed. Casting Presence of the Dominator on a mob shows that Presence of the Overlord correctly appears in the target's NCU, but it's status does not switch to "Horrified" or "Feared", and it does not run away.
Fear has been fixed but mob positioning and travel has an issue described in #632
