Reproduction steps

get rooted
exit mission with mission portal exit
unable to move after nano expires, unable to sit or quit game normally

Expected results

nano expires, root finishes, able to move/sit

Actual results

root counted down, still unable to move or sit

Bug prevalence

happened once so far

only thing i didn't try after the root expired was a root stim. Didn't have any on me, a quick alt-f4 cleared the issue.
