Describe the bug
Mobs in Steps of Madness all have 35 health. This makes them trivial to defeat even for the intended level range of this dungeon.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
.get health
Expected behavior
Mobs should vary in health and difficulty as the dungeon goes on. None should be single-hit kills for an average player.

Confirmed. All mobs excepting bosses are set to 35hp.



This one is probably worth a quick check again since we fixed the same problem with guards/subway NPCs
Confirmed as fixed, however, still missing textures on some of the mobs as mentioned in #396.
