Beacon warping into any dungeon is possible

It is possible to warp to IS at all levels. Should also add that beacon warp doesnt check if the one being warped == Must be on Rubi-ka. It is possible to warp someone from SL to RK

IP past 200 isn't allocatable (Capped)

You can allocate IPs again in all non-ability skills once you reach 205, TitleLevel 7
