Dynas not dropping rollable Nanos anymore

Original Issue seems to be fixed. But now the Dynas dont drop Nanos in their QL level anymore. Its all over the place and often times Dynas drop simply ql 1-10 Nanos even when you kill a level…

Zone time difference between characters

issue seems to have resolved itself today. I think we can close it for now and I guess the zone simply didnt load properly after restart
