Can the extra lvl be connected to the bugged "Past" quest? Dont really feel like we saw the error before it broke?

Anything i found was zoning into a shop with Quantum Wings ofc removes the buff, but leaves it as a ghost in the NCU. Samthing probably happen with the Kodiak.
Katzma have the same issue. I might have been removing buffs right before i entered a whompah or while trying to zone. :)
