Zoning Bug with one of My Characters in Newland City Advanced Store

Just created another character to double check - no change. I haven't forced closing the client yet. Currently stuck in "Changing area" screen for about 7 minutes.

Experienced a similar if not identical issue. Characters stuck in endless loop after zoning in unpopulated areas.

Thrak Garden Key Quest "Step - Dreaming Silvertail"

"Always" referred to the outcome after handing over the device. I tried multiple different "Dreaming Silvertails". I deleted the quest and started anew. This fixed the issue for me. Thanks.
