Pulling Dominus mobs with Mortality's Touch outside of leashing range causes them to spamcast Mortality's Touch

The fix..... works, but it breaks the recasting of the AoE Mortality's Touch. even if I rengage combat with her multiple times she doesn't cast it again.. so.. I mean... the server breaking part…
