Tough to get out of lava in Pulsing Hatred room in SOM

doing .tp 42.2 98.7 y 22.4 1933 and running east is difficult to get up from.. so I agree that it's a bit though.

Character creation head meshes broke

priority 2 is easy to set as it's really annoying when creating A LOT of characters.. it's too prominent so as to not handle it.
