I'm a bit conflicted if this is prio 4 or prio 3.. but as it is now, since Social Aggro isn't implemented I'll keep it as priority 3. calling it area npc-behavior as well
Since the impact of this is so minor with the server being what it is, I'm setting this as Prio 4, marking it as enhancement since it's not implemented and... obviously verifying this. :)
I think we should improve a bit on the reproduction steps on this before we move it to verified - I mean, we know it's an issue - but with screenshots lost etc I don't think it's still as is.
It's in general a bit "odd" most things to do with zoning. adding verified and area label zone for it to gather tickets with regards to zoning as I think this is a focus area for someone that…
Tested this with regards to prk/issues#575 and could see the third attack bar using those steps.. Marking this as verified.

Yeah, I actually had this while reproducing the steps from prk/issues#575 (comment) and fighting the guard. Was superweird. Really nice find @faffywaffle !
I updated the steps to reproduce with some more specifics TP and item. This worked fine. closing this as it's fixed.
