Nano not working due to NCU error: Better nano program already running.

This is a byproduct of my switch to using timeexist to determine if it lands in your ncu or not. Evidently that wasn't the right choice

SL health/nano spindles do not heal twice

isn’t this supposed to be every two seconds for a total of two times as opposed to twice every two seconds
