Max hp are applied twice when lvling up (visual only)

Can confirm. Normally goes from: Level 1: 25hp Level 2: 30hp Level 1 with BEHE: 1035 hp Level 2 with BEHE: 2036 hp

Vendor inaccurately charging by one credit on some items

Unfortunately found a few guns which undercharge by 1 credit. Keeping open for now.
