It looks like higher QL items are still dropping from SL Dynas: QL 300 "Die Nadel" and 2) Level 59 Symbiant (QL 80) from a Level 15 SL Dyna).

Renamed the issue to better reflect the core problem and make it easier to find in searches.
Both players are now getting informed that the trade can not be completed.
