Tested this, selected option for breastplate, gave him helmet measurements and 4 insigs.. got helmet.... so I'm gonna close this.

Tested this extensively on:

Enforcer, Keeper, MP, Agent, Bureaucrat

..... all worked, no faults in the process, while there was some lag on the server without any reboot. The conclusion…

Dyna still drop exact same ql loot as they are level

I think #1167 is related to this as well, without it being locked to that only. #1167 is for the most part (exception being nanos and the 10% +/- ) done.
