So... for me this shows as the NPC doesn't fully reset on my end as visually it stops before it's spawn location.. but when I try to go to the spawn location.. it comes from a different area...…

Heal Interval does not use buffed stamina value

I'd set this as verified based on the reproduction steps alone - I just know that characters don't behave properly when you do normal .set stat statvalue as it does if it's added through levels…

The Portal mobs in Pande currently do not create portals upon death

Portals from Elysium Port Seven and Port Five do not function

Putting combination of shadowlands and prio 2 on this, as when we consider shadowlands to be "ready to go" this is a "dealbreaker" for considering SL "good to go". Obviously also verified this.
