Can be a thousand reasons why this happened. I'm not able to reproduce this without further details. most likely server side issue that impacts.

Subway PF very unstable

Not live support. server issues (as this was) isn't something we'll track like this. Sometimes our server will go out of memory and sometimes general issues will happen.
